💡 What: Extracted DownloadItem and LogItem into separate components wrapped in React.memo, and moved pure helper functions outside the main component bodies in ProgressPanel.tsx and LogPanel.tsx.
🎯 Why: High-frequency WebSocket updates were causing the entire list of downloads or logs to re-render.
📊 Impact: Significantly reduces unnecessary component renders, as only the affected row will update instead of the entire list.
🔬 Measurement: Verify by monitoring React DevTools Profiler during active downloads with WebSocket updates.
