• Developed a secure and scalable MERN stack blood donation management app with JWT authentication.
• Implemented granular user roles: admins oversee all users, both hospitals and organizations can update blood inventory, and all can monitor user activity and blood donation trends.
• Streamlined blood donation workflows for adding/updating inventory (hospitals & organizations), monitoring trends (hospitals & organizations), and donor registration/scheduling.
• Built an automated donor notification system based on blood group for urgent needs, maximizing successful donations.
