Do the simple thing and hard-code a single length. gpgme_strerror_r does not tell us the required size, so we'd have to loop, and that is too much hassle.

OK those are… interesting test failures. I don’t think they are directly related, but #45 might be relevant.

Updated with a comment to justify why a fixed-size buffer is a good enough implementation.

The macOS test failure will be fixed by #49 ; I didn’t investigate the PowerPC one, but #43 contains a commit that might be relevant.
