Implementation of PhasedAggregator class based on the ChannelAggregator class. There are some features remaining from that class, such as the option to iterate over multiple positions in a single plane of the detector, which is currently worked around by setting a position grid that is just a single point. That could either be developed into a way to have multiple output channels or have that feature removed, which could be done in a later update.
