Summary
This PR adds the
submissionStatusparameter to the$bulk-submitrequest parameters for the $bulk-submit kickoff functionality. It also removes the '-' characters fromsubmittervalue so that it works withdeqm-test-server. Must be tested with this PR once this change gets made.New behavior
