Dark Mode

Get DarkMode working for all the dialogs, depending on version

• before 8.5.4, don't do dark mode calls at all (since there is no NPPM for that version)
• 8.5.4-8.8.1 (inclusive), do the NPPM and do a local subclass for tab controls (because the NPPM in that range doesn't subclass tab-controls)
• v>8.8.1 (exclusive), just do the NPPM, because hopefully the updated message will handle it starting in next NPP release (if not, will need to change the threshold in the plugin)
