As a user of the tool as deployed by our organization, I've noticed that without in-app instructions, it can be frustrating to use the app with some of the idiosyncrasies introduced by our environment (e.g. the need to "Run as different user"). The ability to configure instructions particular to one's own set of users would be helpful.
