adding new property "group" to run the scheduled task in group context (TASK_LOGON_GROUP)
Summary
Windows allows to run scheduled tasks in the context of a group (instead of a single user). This is often used for tasks triggered by user login. This PR adds a new property "group" to the scheduled_task type to be able to create such scheduled tasks.
