no such option: --prefix

Hi, I'm a user using the cakint_pip.
caktin_pip is a great solution to integrate with python packages but sometimes while building included catkin_pip package occur "no such option: --prefix", so I changed WORKING_DIRECTORY to the site-packages directory to search python the fist path.
I would appreciate your feedback.

The message 'no such option' is sent by pip, likely because there is a version installed on the machine that is not supported by catkin_pip. There are already existing issues regarding pip version compatibility, and no solution was found for pip 9.0... Maybe a more recent version can provide what catkin_pip needs ?
