Adds new schedule section with keynotes page featuring our 2026 keynote speakers: - Dawn Wages (Director of Community/DevRel at Anaconda, former PSF Chair) - Hynek Schlawack (infrastructure engineer, PSF fellow, OSS maintainer) Includes speaker photos and biographical information.
