Brief about script -
This script automates library management tasks such as adding books, deleting books, checking out books, returning books, and displaying the library records. The script provides an easy way to manage book inventories and track their status in the library.

I am following clean code and Documentation, and my code is well linted with Flake8.
I have added README.md and requirements.txt with my script.
I have used REPO README TEMPLATE.
Just including required dependencies in requirements.txt.
