Hi @jcaip May I know why this PR is closed and if you have another PR to implement static quant? We need static quant for SmoothQuant. So if you don't plan to implement it anymore, we will continue with our PR here: #3422 Thanks.

Hey @Xia-Weiwen, Yes I'm still working on this, I pushed to a new branch because I made some changes to land #3407. The new PR is: https://github.com/pytorch/ao/pull/3442/files.
