Thanks for sharing your qc script! It seems like it reads in pygac-fdr output files, is that correct? Can the method in principle be applied to a single file or do you need temporal information? |

code added for the extraction of max entropy tiles and summary stats to a db for QC filtering (where filtering/flagging is then done based on entropy and estimated noise variance threshold criteria).
