Changed Config.WeapDraw to be matched holster pairs.

I made this config change to make switching between variants easier, in my opinion. Simply add the pairs with the holstered weapon and the empty, then the empty with holstered.

This way you can edit one file (the config) with your new holsters and not have to change the weapdraw.lua code manually.
