Changed S3 bucket name from `qli-stg-armor-gh-artifacts` to `qli-prd-armor-gh-artifacts` across all configurations to ensure production environment uses the correct bucket for artifact storage. Signed-off-by: ayukum-hyd <ayukum@qti.qualcomm.com>
