Implement automated ABI/API compatibility checks on pull requests targeting development and main branches. Build AArch64 libraries using GNU cross-compilation toolchain, generate ABI dumps with abi-dumper for libadsprpc/libcdsprpc/libsdsprpc, and compare against baseline using abi-compliance-checker.
