- Use the unused parameter to fix issue Encoding is never used in ExecuteRemoteCommandAsync #158
- Add asynchronous extension methods
- use the encoding parameter in method ExecuteRemoteCommand to fix quamotion#158. - fix it' tests.
- add the `ExecuteShellCommandAsync` asynchronous methods.
