Apologies for the numbering scheme. SPM won't go another level on the version numbers, and the numbers must be monotonously increasing, so I cannot stay in sync with OpenCV versioning by doing something like: 4.9.0.3 -- In future, I will probably have to switch to a scheme which looks like 4.903.2 -- where the middle number encodes the minor and patch level of OpenCV -- so I can have patch levels for the SPM package.
