Fix for issue #37

A minimum changes to fix issue #37:

• updated Sonar version in main pom.xml to 6.0
• replaced deprecated @BatchSide -annotation in org.sonar.plugins.json.api.CustomJSONRulesDefinition with @ScannerSide -annotation
• changed unittest org.sonar.plugins.json.JSONPluginTest to work with updated Sonar version

Hi, Yes, I noticed your comment in readme. I think I don’t have time to maintain it, can hardly maintain my self :) Just made a quick fix for our company needs and thought that PR might help someone else if no one maintains this plugin anymore.
