feat: add service design artifact validation#39

InternalValidator checks per-artifact consistency: required fields, minimum collections, score ranges, dimension weight sums across all 5 artifact types. CrossReferenceValidator checks persona existence in blueprints/journeys and actor existence in ecosystem value exchanges. ArtifactValidatorPipeline auto-builds context from artifact sets and runs all validators. 19 new tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
