This repository host python script and jupyter notebooks we used for paper Characterization and Identification of HPC Applications at Leadership Computing Facility.
Data used in this repo are [mostly] available at https://reports.alcf.anl.gov/data/.
you need to manually download datasets from the link shown above and save them in the corresponding folders as hard coded in the program.
Note: we are going to upload code soon, plase contact the 1st author Zhengchun Liu if you cannot wait.
