Issue rancher/rancher#53854
We need a way to disable the WatchList feature for some specific GVK due to a bug in Rancher. Fixing it in Rancher is not enough because the issue happens during an upgrade. So we need the newer version of Rancher to work with an older replica.
To do this, this PR introduces a new option to disable the WatchList feature for individual GVKs. The default is kept as is, disabling the WatchList feature is explicit.
