Made it clear in the README that paste3 is an integration of paste/paste2, added a couple of screen-recordings in the README, and updated the
docs/folder to be a bit more streamlined.Probably the diff won't make much sense, but we can review the output once its generated. I'm confident about everything else other than the 2 videos in the README. Hopefully they render okay, otherwise we'll iterate on this..
