This PR upgrades the Ratepay module to Shopware 6.7.2.2.

Key changes

  • Payment handler: core logic refactored to align with new Shopware requirements
  • Build Tool: migration from Webpack to Vite
  • PHP-Version: update code to be compatible with PHP versions 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4
  • Minor improvements: additional small fixes and adjustments
