Completion note: The final closeout landed via PR #287 (`https://github.com/recodeee/gitguardex/pull/287`), which reached `MERGED` at `2026-04-22T10:05:39Z` with merge commit `d2ca2998a62c309982ac66b4d9a32c4b4137fb93`. The agent worktree `agent__codex__vscode-tree-lock-decorations-clean-2026-04-22-11-09` is gone from `.omx/agent-worktrees/`, the merged source branch refs were cleared by `git fetch --prune origin`, and the local main checkout remained clean after closeout verification.
