The parent gitlink auto-commit change landed across implementation follow-ups, but the finish flow needed manual cleanup because the temporary worktrees were intentionally outside the recorded managed root. This records the merged PRs, cleanup proof, and the parent protected-branch hook outcome in the change tasks. Constraint: Cleanup evidence must survive outside chat and PR logs. Rejected: Leave tasks.md partially unchecked | contradicts the repo completion contract after the PRs had already merged.
