README now documents both the owner-level and repo-level `npx skills add` commands and explains why the picker shows `gitguardex` instead of `guardex`. Constraint: Repo skills catalog exposes `gitguardex` but not a separate `guardex` entry Rejected: Rename the repo skill to `guardex` | would blur the legacy CLI alias with the shipped skill name Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Directive: Keep README install examples and `test/metadata.test.js` aligned whenever repo-skill naming changes Tested: node --test test/metadata.test.js Not-tested: interactive `npx skills add` picker against GitHub from a clean machine
