The README mixed the global CLI install, the user-home companion install, and the generic repo skills catalog. This rewrite splits those flows into a small install table, answers that npm install does not trigger the generic npx skills path, and aligns the focused metadata test with the requested recodee examples. Constraint: Keep GitHub org URLs untouched while clarifying the generic installer examples requested for README text Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Reversibility: clean Directive: Keep README install wording aligned with the actual separation between global CLI install, `gx install-agent-skills`, and generic `npx skills add ...` Tested: node --test test/metadata.test.js Not-tested: Rendered README appearance on GitHub
