Users should be able to start the review bot directly with 'gx review' without scanning extra pseudo-commands in status output. This change wires a real review command that launches scripts/review-bot-watch.sh, keeps legacy 'gx review start' compatibility, and updates status/help/docs to remove the redundant start row. It also improves cross-repo setup guidance by showing the setup+doctor --target sequence so repair workflows are explicit when operating on other repositories.
