- Embed real meta/metaAndAssetCtxs responses and load them via perp_meta_data.go, reworking handleMeta* to return recorded data with static fallbacks.
- Update mapAssetIndexToCoin to resolve asset names from the recorded metadata, fixing order-status reporting.
- Extend Spot token/universe structs, add embedded spot fixtures, and tighten handler tests to assert actual dataset sizes.
