This PR updates rbcli service list to correctly detect the status of rb-exporter when it runs as systemd instance units (rb-exporter@.service), which is the current deployment model on proxy and IPS nodes. The command now checks for running instances using systemctl list-units and reports the service as running if at least one instance is active, also displaying the runtime and memory from one instance. This change maintains compatibility with the existing CLI behavior and aligns rbcli with the exporter’s instance-based architecture used on proxy nodes.
