findformula requires a database that exceeds the size limits established by GitHub. The database is available by anonymous FTP from this location:
ftp://ftp.whoi.edu/pub/users/klongnecker/LabFiles
The name of the database file is: LongneckerKujawinski_fullCompoundList.mat
The information about using the functions provided here are all described in the READMEfirst.m file.
