Updated Install.md on how to properly set up Twilio account with SID and Token Auth.
Also updated seed.rb with more Mobile Clients.

Moved things around in INSTALL.MD for easier navigation. Not everyone might need to create  a messaging service so I place these steps on the bottom, with extra notes about when these steps are needed.
