Create new example app.

I have created an Example app. Please check it.
If there are no problems with this app, I will take a video and create an integration test.

The following are my concerns:

1. Getting a list of models may not be necessary.
   This may be over-implemented for a beginner's example.

I interpreted this comment as meaning that if I created it, I would adopt that one, but was I wrong? (Sorry my English is not good enough.)
Are you considering adopting VictorRancesCode's code?
