The ClusterIsNotEOL check requires Kubernetes API access, but integration tests run without a real cluster. All functional tests were failing due to a mismatch between the expected profile version (v1.3) in test report files and the actual profile version (v1.4) generated by the current codebase. Adding a check to verify that the helm charts were tested on a cluster that is not end of life. The Red Hat Product Lifecycle Data API is used to get information on the versions that are end of life.
