PigSaddler - Make pigs spawn with saddles

Drop PigSaddler.jar into your plugins folder and restart/reload the server. It will
automatically create it's config file in a subdirectory called PigSaddler, with a
config.yml file in it. This file contains a list of worlds and the percentage of
pigs that should spawn with saddles on them. If a world is not listed, then all pigs
in that world will spawn without saddles. The plugin does not have a reload command
of it's own, so if you change the config file, you must restart/reload the server
itself.
