Refactor ESLint configuration for Next.js 16

With Nextjs16 installed eslint will return the following error:

$ eslint .

Oops! Something went wrong! :(

ESLint: 9.38.0

Error: ESLint configuration in  » plugin:@next/next/recommended is invalid:
        - Unexpected top-level property "name".

With the changes it works and no dirname/FlatCompat lookup is nessecary.
