Deleted `.codeclimate.yml` configuration, removed Code Climate-related steps in the GitHub Actions workflow, and updated `README.rst` to exclude maintainability and test coverage badges.
Updated versions for `anyio`, `bracex`, `bump-my-version`, `certifi`, and `charset-normalizer` in `poetry.lock` to maintain compatibility with the latest releases.
