Added NixOS support

NixOS is declarative, therefore using installing via dkms will break a lot of things (if even possible). So, to use with NixOS this file is required.

Thanks for adding Nix support. However, I am not too familiar with Nix, but here are some comments:

• Format it with nixfmt first?
• Are you sure you want to merge the "Update README.md" commit?
• Add a short segment to README.md on how to install it on Nix?
