libbeebimage 1.1

The main reason for this release is to fix compilation under GCC 13 but it also:

• Fixes warnings reported by cppcheck.
• Bumps the minimum cmake version from 3.2 to 3.5 to fix a deprecation warning.

libbeebimage 1.0

As this library has been stable for some time, release the current code as version 1.0. This makes it easier for downstream projects to keep a track of any changes in the future.
