Update package-lock.json to v3 and add About page

This pull request includes the following changes:

Package Lock File Updates:

• Updated package-lock.json from lockfileVersion 1 to lockfileVersion 3
• Restructured dependency format from "dependencies" to "packages" with node_modules paths
• Added engine and funding information for packages
• Moved nested dependencies to separate node_modules entries

New About Page:

• Created new Sobre.js component with company information sections
• Added comprehensive CSS styles for the about page in Style.css
• Includes sections for history, mission, values, and team information

Navigation Updates:

• Added routing for the new About page in App.js
• Updated navigation structure to include the new route

Image Optimizations:

• Optimized lobo1.jpg, lobo2.jpg, lobo3.jpg, and lobo4.jpg file sizes

CSS Improvements:

• Added responsive design styles for the about page
• Improved navigation link hover effects
• Enhanced overall styling consistency
