Removes all pre-release messaging and warning banners to prepare for stable release. Converts feature checklist to clean presentation format without completion indicators. Changes: - Removes WIP warning banner from top of README - Updates version line to remove "(pre-release)" suffix - Converts "Implemented Features" to "Features" heading - Removes all checkmark indicators from feature list - Fixes algorithm suite count from 11 to 17 - Updates test count from 805 to 852 - Removes "What's Next" section (items complete/not planned) - Adds Documentation section with guide and example links - Adds Hex package badges for discoverability The README now presents the SDK as production-ready without being overly promotional. Documentation links improve visibility of existing guides and examples. Closes #79
