Nice one! The updates to Boltz + Chai look consistent with the AF3 multi-seed logic. I don't see any issues or the need for any more tests. |

Seed information now being used by boltz/chai and if multiple seeds used, boltz/chai will be run with both seeds (as is done in AF3).
I've had to play about with the output a lot to accommodate these changes, and I also had to fix some tests.
