VDP_Analysis_pipelines

Repository of six different analysis methods for 129Xe ventilation images in NIfTI formate, used for comparing all established ventilation defect percentage (VDP) analysis pipelines.

To run:

Just download the repository and define necessary file names. Required: 129Xe Ventilation Image (one or more of the uncorrected, N4-corrected, and FA-corrected), , kind of data (Cartesian or Spiral), kind of VDP analysis you want, if SNR is to be calculated etc.

Main script provides thresholds and fit parameters for glb analysis used in Hussain et all., 2026.
