Sustain spacing seems weird and wildly inconsistent all over the place in general even for single notes. Try to keep a clean 1/16 if you can, currently you have 1/32 & 1/16T spaces all over that are unnecessary.

30-33 - Reduced some chord lengths on expert and turned into regular notes on other diffs
36.3 - 37 - Clamped to 1/8
38 - Clamped lengths down to straight grid (both 1/8 and 1/16)
55-58 - Clamped lengths down to straight grid and reduced G3 at 57.2.50 to account for chord
59-63 - Trimmed some sustains down to 1/16 grid
78-84 - Trimmed some single note sustains down and turned some chords to non-sustains
94.4 - Reduced weird sustain
99-103 - Clamped chords to 1/8. Exception is at 100.4.50 and 102.3.50 where a chord is slightly extended more to look better with another note by it.

• M32 to M32.3 should match what is charted for M31.
• There are sections where you opted to chart a single note instead of keeping 2 note chords but I would keep the 2 note chords. Talking about M35 to M38 here.
• M58 can keep the two note chords other than the octave chord.
• You have few instances where sustains that don't match what is charted for expert.

Medium

• You have sustains that don't leave a quarter note space to the next note

Easy

• Make sure your sustains match what medium has charted.

Reductions for 5 lane look good, not sure if Linos has any more comments.
