Can you add Updated 'requirements.txt' (#164, #167) in the CHANGELOG.md?

@smartie2076 - I also could not install the version of pandas listed in the requirements as it is too old, I installed the newest one and made changes so that the test basic passes. Is there a reason why you freeze the version of pip in the requirements? |
