Hi @PicSoul ! Thank you very much for your contribution! I’d like to host your tool on this repository’s GitHub Pages so anyone can access it for free and fully online. Do you think it would be a good idea to update the repository’s README.md to mention that this tool will be available at https://rmaafs.github.io/WelcomeTale/? By the way, this tool gave me a nice idea—it would be interesting to have a similar type of UI inside Hytale. |

Added a standalone HTML file that allows users to visually design their welcome messages and generate the config.json automatically. Useful for users who aren't familiar with JSON formatting or color codes.
The tool runs entirely in the browser using a single HTML file.
