Document detailed proposal for flexible sample sheet format that supports: - Dorado demux workflow integration - WarpDemuX barcode demultiplexing - Multiple input types (raw pod5, basecalled BAM, merged pod5) - Backward compatibility with existing TSV format - Metadata tracking and validation Includes implementation plan, code examples, and testing strategy.
