Application Metadata Controller (AMC)

Application metadata controller is a Kubernetes controller that provides readonly kubectl web based access to the k8s API server.

• add kubectl RO functionality (get, cluster-info,describe,logs etc)
• add helm RO functionality (helm ls etc)
• add flux RO functionality
